NB Article 63 states: "Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 20 October 2007 at the latest". This Directive was transposed into UK law on 19 October 2007 by The European Communities (Recognition of professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007 (see above).
