An architect's eloquence

Those who have become intimately acquainted with the manoeuvrings of ARB to assemble a case against two blameless architects (mentioned elsewhere on this website) and who have heard or read the dignified defence the architects have made to the charges, will have been left in no doubt where the merits lie, and how far short ARB's performance has been from acceptable standards.
